Walang Kwenta ang mga Documents at Witness.</em>”</p><p>Nakapagtamo na ang post ng mahigit 20,400 likes, 1,400 comments, at 1,000 shares ngayong August 19.</p><p>Taliwas sa ipinalalabas ng nasabing Facebook post, pinayagang bumaba si Pareja sa witness stand at hindi na tumestigo matapos sumang-ayon ang depensa sa mga dokumentong nakatakda sana niyang iharap sa impeachment court. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/8/17/live-updates-vice-president-sara-duterte-s-impeachment-trial-day-16-0956" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">LIVE UPDATES: Vice President Sara Duterte&#x27;s Impeachment Trial (Day 16)</a></div><p>Nakatakdang iharap ni Pareja ang 11 dokumentong natanggap ng House Legislative Archives and Museum Management Service mula sa House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability (CGGPA).</p><p>Nasa kustodiya ng House Legislative Archives, na nasa ilalim ng departamentong pinamumunuan ni Pareja, ang kopya ng mga dokumento batay sa Rule XXII, Section 147 ng <a href="https://docs.congress.hrep.online/download/docs/hrep.house.rules.adopted.ebook.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Rules of the House of Representatives</a>.</p><p>Ang mga dokumento ay kaugnay ng mga isinagawang pagdinig ng komite mula September 18 hanggang December 9, 2024 tungkol sa confidential funds ng mga opisina ni Duterte, kabilang ang Office of the Vice President (OVP).</p><p>Ilan sa <a href="https://youtu.be/vz3vS_H43MQ?t=10040" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">11 dokumento</a> ang mga liham ni Duterte at ng mga kawani ng OVP, gaya nina Atty.
