<p>MAYNILA — Patay ang 55-anyos na babaeng presidente ng Homeowners Association (HOA) habang sugatan naman ang treasurer nito matapos silang pagbabarilin ng hindi pa nakikilalang lalaki sa kanilang opisina sa Barangay 171, Bagumbong, Caloocan City nitong Huwebes. </p><p>Ayon sa isang testigong nasa loob din ng opisina, abala ang mga biktima sa pangongolekta ng buwanang bayad sa lupa ng mga residente nang pumasok ang suspek na naka-helmet pasado alas-3 ng hapon.</p><p>“Inaantay po namin na tatanggalin niya &#x27;yung helmet niya kasi akala namin isa siya sa magbabayad po ng monthly amortization. Kaso hindi po niya tinanggal tapos sinarado niya &#x27;yung office namin, tapos &#x27;ayun po binaril niya &#x27;yung presidente namin tapos binaril din po niya &#x27;yung treasurer namin,” sabi ng testigo.</p><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?height=314&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F1362330479343505%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560&amp;t=0" width="560" height="314" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe> </span>Agad na humandusay sa sahig ang presidente dahil sa mga tama ng bala sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng katawan habang mabilis na nakahingi ng saklolo ang sugatang treasurer bago tumakas ang suspek.</div><p>“Ang namatay po doon, presidente ng HOA. &#x27;Yung isa po, treasurer ng HOA. Nasa ospital po siya ngayon at under observation,” ani Yolly De Padua Misagal, VAWC Officer ng Barangay 171.</p><p>Ayon sa barangay, hindi ito ang unang pagkakataong pinagtangkaan ang buhay ng namatay na pangulo ng HOA.</p><p>“Before po, after pandemic, mayroon pong nangyari [kung saan] &#x27;yung kanilang bahay ay pinaputukan din. Tatlong putok po iyon.
