Raymund Lachica’s alleged involvement in the use of Vice President Sara Duterte’s<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/8/17/wrap-confidential-funds-released-to-ovp-security-chief-as-duterte-ordered-acosta-2027"> confidential funds </a>and was leaving the matter to the Office of the Ombudsman and the Senate. </p><p>AFP spokesperson Col.
