Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News </span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The Philippine National Police (PNP) has ordered a major reshuffle involving several police generals, including the designation of new directors for regional police offices and the reassignment of key officials at Camp Crame.</p><p>In separate orders dated August 26, the PNP named PBGen. Randy Glenn Silvio as the new regional director of Police Regional Office (PRO) 5, while PBGen. Nestor Babagay Jr. was designated as the new chief of PRO-10. </p><p>Their designations took effect on August 27.</p><p>The following day, August 28, another set of reassignments involving nine police generals was set to take effect.</p><p>PBGen. Jovencio Baduja Jr., previously assigned to PRO-1, was reassigned to the Directorate for Police Community Relations (DPCR), while PBGen. Crisaleo Tolentino was transferred from the Maritime Group to PRO-1.</p><p>PBGen. Elmer Ragay was reassigned from the PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG) to head PRO-9, while PBGen. Rolindo Suguilon was transferred from the PNP Training Service to PRO-Caraga.</p><p>PBGen. Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV, the former PRO-Caraga director, was reassigned to the Directorate for Comptrollership (DC). </p><p>Other officials affected by the reshuffle include PBGen. Jaime Cadatal, who was moved from the DC to the Logistics Support Service (LSS), and PBGen. Noel Vallo, who was transferred from the LSS to PRO-Cordillera.</p><p>PBGen. Ericson Dilag was reassigned from PRO-Cordillera to the Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM), while PBGen. Dennis Esguerra was moved from PRO-9 to the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM).</p><p>The orders were issued by the PNP leadership under PGen.
