Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News </span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The House prosecution will ask the Senate impeachment court to issue a subpoena for Mary Grace Piattos, one of the recipients of the Office of the Vice President’s confidential funds, one of the panel’s private counsels said on Tuesday.</p><p>Piattos is one of the names that appeared on the OVP’s acknowledgment receipts, which the prosecution flagged for supposedly being dubious.</p><p>“Isa-subpoena ko nga si<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/8/3/ovp-payment-to-mary-grace-piattos-raised-in-senate-trial-1556"> Mary Grace Piattos</a>,” counsel to prosecution Lorna Kapunan told reporters before the start of the<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/sara-duterte-impeachment-trial"> 12th impeachment trial day.</a></p><p>“Hinahanap pa namin, hindi namin makita. Kung saan-saan kaming Mary Grace na pumunta hindi namin makita.
