Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News </span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Don Artes on Thursday said that the vehicle caught on video using the EDSA Busway belonged to MDDA General Manager Nicolas Torre III.</p><p>&quot;Meron naman pong admission si GM Torre na kanya po &#x27;yung sasakyan na navideohan po sa busway.
