<p>MAYNILA — Inaresto ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang Vice Mayor ng Marawi City noong Lunes dahil sa kasong murder na isinampa sa kanya noon pang 2013.</p><p>Inilabas ng Caloocan RTC ang warrant of arrest laban kay Vice Mayor Annouar Abdulrauf dahil sa kaso ng pagpatay sa operatiba ng NBI noong 2013.</p><p>Pinaligiran ng mga kawani ng NBI at Philippine Army ang Marawi City Hall matapos ang flag raising ceremony para damputin si Abdulrauf pero humarang ang kanyang mga taga-suporta.</p><p>Nauwi ito sa girian ng dalawang panig hanggang sa tuluyang maipasok sa sasakyan ang Vice Mayor. </p><p>“Nagkaroon ng tension dahil may supporters siya... Wala namang nasaktan sa parehong panig, dinala dito si Vice Mayor,&quot; sabi ni NBI director Jaime Santiago.</p><p>Ayon sa NBI, nakapagtago ang suspek matapos niya magpalit ng pangalan.</p><p>Tumakbo at nanalo rin siyang Vice Mayor at umabot pa sa ikalawang termino.</p><p>“Hindi kami natulog, 2013 pa ito. We still kept track. Napatunayan namin sa tulong ng ating witness na siya ay nagpalit ng pangalan,&quot; dagdag ni Santiago.</p><p>Ayon sa testigong nakipagbarilan sa suspek noong 2013, sigurado siyang si Vice Mayor ang nakapatay sa kanyang ka-baro.</p><p>“Kitang kita ko siya eh. Binabanatan niya kami. Pinapatukan kami. Kilala ko siy...
