MANILA (UPDATED) -- Five people, including a child, died in the town of San Remigio in Cebu after the magnitude 6.9 quake that rattled the province on Tuesday night.Police Capt. Jan Ace Elcid Layug, officer in charge of the San Remigio PNP, confirmed the development. One is a BFP personnel and three are from the Philippine Coastguard who were playing basketball inside the sports complex before it collapsed.
