MANILA -- The death toll in the Cebu quake remains at 69 but the injured has climbed to 180 as of 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to official tallies.These numbers, however may still increase as recovery efforts are still in place despite experiencing rain in the province.&quot;Hopefully hindi na madagdagan.
