Umabot na hanggang bubong ang lebel ng tubig sa ilang mga bahay sa Ilagan City, Isabela nitong Martes, Nobyembre 11, 2025. Ayon sa City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council ng City of Ilagan, mayroon ngayong 28 na barangay na lubog sa baha sa lungsod at 12 barangay naman ang isolated. Isa sa pinakamalala ang pagbaha ay sa Brgy. Bagumbayan kung saan nakatira si Jane. Ayon sa kanya, simula noon ay Malala na ang baha sa Ilagan at sa katunayan ay mas lalo pa umanong bumilis ang pagtaas ng tubig baha ngayon. Kung siya umano ang papipiliin ay gusto na umano nilang lumipat ng bahay ngunit wala umano silang kakayanan. &quot;Wala kasing pera sir kahit gusto naming lumikas sa taas kaso e walang pera. Kahit gusto naman namin, wala. Maano na rin ako ganito na lang, baha lagi. Yearly nababaha po kami rito. Iyon nga mama lagi na lang ganito, sabi ng mga anak ko. Hayaan mo kapag kwan makaraos po kami na makapagtapos lang kami nang pag-aaral hindi tayo dito sabi niya sir. Maganda naman iyong sinabi ng mga anak ko, para hindi na tayo mabaha dito sabi ng mga anak ko.&quot; Umabot na sa 8,872 na pamilya o katumbas ng 30,175 na indibidwal ang apektado ng baha sa Ilagan City.
