Col. Dennis Pastor, the provincial disaster chief, reported severe flooding in the towns of Ronda, Dumanjug, and Barili, as well as in Carcar City, noting the inundation ravaged rice fields and killed some farm animals. </p><p>Areas previously affected by the Bohol earthquake and Typhoon Tino were mostly spared, and the overall impact of Verbena was minimal, Office of Civil Defense Region 7 Director Joel Erestain said.</p><p>&quot;Ang pinakamatindi lang po na binaha is Carcar. [Pero] hindi tinamaan &#x27;yung mga tinamaan ni [Typhoon] Tino. We didn’t expect kasi yung tubig po kasi sa tulay namin, sobrang konti.
