Alan Tangcawan, AFP </span></span></span></div><p>Baricuatro said 35 municipalities were affected by the flash floods, while 119,000 individuals were evacuated.</p><p>&quot;Wala pang kuryente and water supplies sa ibang municipalities, although part of the city meron nang electricity. Grabe &#x27;yung devastation sa properties,&quot; she said.</p><p>She added that the towns of Talisay, Mandaue, Consolation, Danao, Liloan were badly hit by by the typhoon.</p><p>&quot;&#x27;Yung natamaan ng earthquake hindi natamaan ng flash floods during ng typhoon, [but] we also evacuated victims of the earthquake,&quot; Baricuatro noted.</p><p>&quot;&#x27;Yung Tino is worse than <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/spotlight/01/05/22/odette-most-destructive-storm-since-yolanda-ndrrmc">Odette</a> in terms of rainfall.
