Noel Rosal said search operations are being conducted <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/regions/2025/12/7/bata-nawawala-matapos-anurin-ng-baha-sa-albay-1746">to locate a 14-year-old kid.</a></p><p>&quot;Ang problema &#x27;yung bata, ;yung tatlong magkakapatid. Naglaro ata may hinahabol habol,&quot; said Rosal in an interview on DZMM Teleradyo on Sunday night. &quot;&#x27;Yung dalawa nakuha, &#x27;yung isa pinaghahanap pa namin.&quot;</p><div><a class="fr-green" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/12/7/-wilma-now-in-samar-waters-to-traverse-southern-luzon-visayas-today-0856"><strong>&#x27;Wilma&#x27; weakens into low pressure area</strong></a></div><p>The Albay governor also said two landslides occurred in two separate municipalities.</p><p>&quot;&#x27;Yung ulan namin since Friday pa, talagang grabe ng effect. Wala kaming (wind) signal, nakapagtataka,&quot; he said. &quot;Meron kaming landslide na naitala, dalawa: one in the municipality of Tiwi and one in Sto. Domingo.&quot;</p><p>Around 20,000 individuals were forcibly evacuated ahead Wilma to avoid the flood and lahar flows near Mayon Volcano.</p><p>&quot;Hiwahiwalay ang mga iyan... yung iba dyan baka mag-paumaga na sa evacuation (centers),&quot; he said.</p><div><a class="fr-green" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/12/6/tropical-depression-wilma-makes-landfall-over-dolores-eastern-samar-2346"><strong>Tropical Depression Wilma makes landfall over Dolores, Eastern Samar </strong></a> </div><p>Power supply was restored quickly, he said.</p><p>&quot;Okay na kami sa kuryente, meron na.
