<p>MAYNILA &mdash; Kumakalat sa. social media ang mga video ng panibagong kaso ng bugbugan ng mga kabataan sa Bontoc, Mt. Province.&nbsp;</p><p>Kita sa CCTV ang rambol ng mga kabataan sa labas ng isang restobar sa madaling-araw ng April 6.&nbsp;</p><p>Nagsigawan, nagtulakan, at nagsuntukan ang 8 hanggang 10 kabataan.</p><p>Ayon sa report ng pulisya, nag-iinuman ang grupo ng biktima nang isa sa mga suspek ang humingi ng P10 pero hindi nila pinagbigyan kaya nagalit ang kabilang grupo at nauwi sa rambol.</p><p>Isa sa mga kasama sa rambol ang 21-anyos na estudyanteng naisugod pa sa ospital, pero binawian ng buhay noong April 8 dahil sa traumatic brain injuries.</p><p>Nananawagan ng hustisya ang mga kaanak ng biktima.&nbsp;</p><p>Natukoy naman ng pulisya ang mga sangkot na kabataan sa insidente.</p><p>Nakipagdayalogo rin si Bontoc Mayor Jerome Tudlong, Jr. sa pulisya at nanawagan sa publiko na makipagtulungan para sa mabilis na imbestigasyon sa kaso.&nbsp;</p><p>Tumanggi munang magbigay ng pahayag ang pamilya ng biktima pero sinabing haharap sila sa panayam kapag handa na sila.&nbsp;</p><div><strong>&mdash;Ulat ni April Rafales</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>IBA PANG ULAT: </strong></div><div><iframe width="1080" height="608" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/gb5POUjNIPA" title="2 menor de edad, pinagtatadyakan ng lalaki sa Mountain Province | TV Patrol" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe><br></div>
