She triumphed over Violy Codilla, widow of the late former Ormoc City Mayor Edward &quot;Ondo&quot; Codilla, who garnered 51,791 votes.</p><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Formoccitygovt%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02b1nXtaggCcQxb8QfscmwEahW8Y2nuANvE3YkeYezoC1KSCkYd2HYk6cTHHAa5juXl&show_text=true&width=500" width="500" height="691" style="border:none;overflow:hidden;" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br></div><p>Also proclaimed was Vice Mayor-elect Leo Carmelo &ldquo;Toto&rdquo; Locsin, Jr., along with the full roster of councilors, all running under the Ormoc Development Team.
