<p>MANILA -- The provincial government of Bulacan is calling on the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), which manages the Bustos Dam, to replace all of the dam&#x27;s rubber gates.</p><p>This comes after rubber gate number 3 was damaged on May 1 due to extreme heat. The dam has six rubber gates, and according to Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando, they fear that the remaining five could also be compromised.</p><p>&quot;&#x27;Yun lang panawagan ko sa NIA. Medyo hindi mabibigyan ng tubig ang mga tanim natin.
