Bagsik ng super typhoon Nando, ramdam na sa Cagayan at Batanes

Ramdam na sa Cagayan Valley at Batanes ang bagsik ng super typhoon Nando. Sa video na kuha ni Jaybee Jolo Tumaneng, binabayo ng malakas hangin at ulan ang bayan ng Sta. Ana pasado alas-07:00 ng umaga ngayong Lunes, Setyembre 22.   Malalakas din ang alon na humahambalos sa mga pantalan.   Inilikas ang nasa mahigit isang libong pamilya sa apat na coastal town ng Isabela dahil sa storm surge na epekto ng Super Typhoon Nando.   Sa Maconacon, Isabela ay nanatili sa mga evacuation center ang nasa 263 na pamilya o katumbas ng 731 na indibidwal. Galing ang mga evacuees sa sampung barangay sa Maconacon na naapektuhan ng storm surge.   Sa Dinapigue, Isabela inilikas ang nasa 42 na pamilya o katumbas ng 290 na indibidwal.   Sa Divilacan, Isabela inilikas naman ang nasa 27 na pamilya o katumbas ng 107 na indibidwal. Karamihan sa kanila ay mga katutubong Agta na nakatira sa mga isla sa Divilacan.   Sa Palanan, Isabela inilikas naman ang nasa 19 na pamilya o katumbas ng 71 na indibidwal.   Nagsasagawa naman ng validation ang MDRRMC Palanan, para sa posibleng mga bahay na nasira dahil sa storm surge.   Samantala hindi naman madaananan sa ngayon ang Alicaocao Overflow Bridge sa Cauayan City, Isabela at ang Cabagan-Sta. Maria Overflow Bridge sa Cabagan, Isabela.   Wala pa naman umanong naitalang pagbaha sa buong lalawigan ng Isabela dulot ng Super Typhoon Nando. Samantala, sa Basco, Batanes  makulimlim ang kalangitan at ramdam ang malakas na bugso ng hangin ang naranasan sa bayan bandang 8:32 ng umaga  base sa video na ibinahagi ng Batanes Provincial Police Office.
