<p>MANILA — Authorities arrested a cellphone technician for allegedly spreading the intimate video of a Grade 11 student couple, which was reportedly obtained from a cellphone brought to him for repair in Agusan del Norte, the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) said.</p><p>PNP-ACG acting director PBGen. Wilson Asueta said the explicit video of the two minors circulated on social media, within their school, and in their barangay just days after their cellphone was repaired and returned.</p><p>“Bago niya ito isinauli, ito ay kinalikot niya muna at inalam niya ang mga nakapaloob doon. Ito ay video ng estudyante na minor at ng kanyang boyfriend,” Asueta said.</p><p>Investigators later traced the spread of the video to an anonymous account that posted in a provincial Facebook group. </p><p>The post allegedly contained the message, “Who wants to have a sex video?” and even mentioned the names of the victims.</p><p>“Wala pa kaming balita na binibenta niya at ito ay patuloy na kumakalat.
