MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has issued proclamations declaring special non-working days in two municipalities of Pampanga and Masbate, Malacanang said Wednesday. Proclamation No. 1386 declares August 27, 2026 a special non-working day in Minalin, Pampanga to mark the celebration of its 412th founding anniversary.Proclamation No. 1387 declares August 14, 2026 a special non-working day in Pio V. Corpus, Masbаte to celebrate the Limbuhan Festival.“It is but fitting and proper that the people be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” the proclamations read.By the authority of the President, Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto signed both proclamations on August 6.
