<p>MANILA — The Office of Civil Defense in Region 4A (Calabarzon) reported Thursday four more fatalities in the region while two remain missing due to heavy rains caused by enhanced southwest monsoon or Habagat.</p><p>OCD Calabarzon spokesperson and DRRM Division Chief Reyan Derrick Marquez said the numbers are still for validation.</p><p>“Meron po tayong 11 na casualties — 7 po rito ang nasawi, 2 po yung injured at 2 ang missing.
