Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.  </p><p>“Ang nahuli namin hindi bato, [kundi] bakal,” Matibag said. </p><p>Dela Rosa is hiding from an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court over his role in the previous Duterte administration’s war on drugs.
