Gabriel Vince Pallalos,  AFP </span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — A 15-year-old Grade 10 student who was wounded in Tuesday’s shooting at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University (AdZU) Junior High School campus was in stable condition on Thursday, police said. </p><p>Police Regional Office 9 (PRO-9) spokesperson PMaj. Shellamie Chang said the student sustained a gunshot injury to her back while fleeing during the incident.</p><p>“May isang 15 years old na babae na nasa hospital ngayon undergoing medical attention pero nasa stable condition naman na siya. ‘Yung tama niya ay hindi naman grabe. Nadaplisan siya ng bala sa likod habang tumatakbo ang bata,” Chang told reporters in Zamboanga City.</p><p>Chang said authorities are continuing their investigation, including a forensic examination of the gadgets of the shooter, who was identified as a child in conflict with the law (CICL).</p><p>Police are also validating information and claims surrounding the incident, stressing that investigators are not disregarding any lead that could help establish the circumstances behind the shooting.</p><p>“Tsini-check namin lahat. Hindi kami nagdi-disregard ng any information na makakatulong. Kailangan po i-validate at i-verify muna ng experts natin,” Chang said.</p><p>“We are now concentrating on our forensic examination sa gadgets ng bata,” she added.</p><p>Chang said police personnel have been deployed to schools since the school shooting in Tacloban City in June, which left three students killed and 20 others wounded.</p><p>“We have detailed personnel in all schools simula nung incident [in Tacloban] in June.
