<div><strong><em>WARNING: ANIMAL CRUELTY<br/></em></strong></div><p>Sinilaban, tinadyakan, at pinagtawanan pa ng mga binatilyo ang isang kuting sa viral video na nangyari sa Barangay Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna nitong Linggo. </p><p>Sa imbestigasyon ng Cabuyao police, tatlo ang mga salarin sa likod ng insidete, kabilang dito ang isang menor de edad na binatilyo.</p><p>Nag-iinuman ang mga suspek nang  mapag-tripan ang mga kuting, sabi PLt. Kyle Gabriel Bautista, hepe ng Cabuyao police Investigation Section. </p><p>“In the middle of their drinking session. Medyo umabot daw sila ng madaling araw nung nakausap po namin yung suspects. Nagbigay po sila ng info na may ganito ngang nagba-viral na video. So, tinignan po namin and upon receiving the said information, rumesponde po agad kami,” sabi ni Bautista. </p><p>Sa ilalim ng Animal Welfare Act maaring makulong ng hanggang tatlong taon at magbayad ng P250,000 na danyos ang mga mapapatunayang nagkasala dito.</p><p>Mariing kinondena ng Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) ang karahasang sinapit ng mga hayop.</p><p>“Nakakalungkot and nakakagalit at the same time na mga young people ang behind this act. Obviously, hindi nagabayan at na impart sa kanila at a young age na all that has life or has feelings katulad ng mga animals, they are capable of suffering. We have the responsibility na hindi mag-inflict ng suffering doon sa mga animals,” sabi ni Atty. Anna Cabrera, executive director ng PAWS.</p><p>Nakatakdang sampahan ng reklamo ang mga suspek.</p><p>Nailigtas at nasa pangangalaga ng isang animal welfare organization ang tatlong rekober na kuting.</p>
