Several areas in Bataan were flooded anew following overnight rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, affecting at least seven towns and one city in the province. In Barangay Cataning in Hermosa, floodwaters reached around two feet deep, forcing residents to wade through the water as heavy rains continued.Resident Jonjon Basi said he had to walk home from work in Zambales after finding no available transportation.He also decided to work only half a day after floodwaters rose near their home.“Sanay na kami dito. Sa tuwing umuulan talaga ganyan. Talagang wala kaming kita kaya sana huminto na ‘yong ulan.
