Walang sinuman ang dapat magmaneho nang wala sa tamang kondisyon, lalo na ang mga taong inaasahang maging halimbawa ng pagsunod sa batas,&quot; LTO chief Markus Lacanilao said in the statement.</p><p>(If you have been drinking, don&#x27;t touch the steering wheel anymore.
