<p>MANILA — Tarlac 3rd District Rep. Noel “Bong” Rivera on Wednesday entered a not guilty plea before the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division in his graft case over alleged conflict of interest in infrastructure projects.</p><p>The Office of the Ombudsman alleged that during his term as congressman from 2022 to 2025, Rivera had financial interests in nine government infrastructure contracts awarded to Tarlac 3-G Construction and Development Corp., of which he is an executive.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/8/27/sandiganbayan-denies-tarlac-rep-rivera-s-bid-to-consolidate-9-graft-cases-1614"><strong>Sandiganbayan denies Tarlac Rep. Rivera&#x27;s bid to consolidate 9 graft cases<br/></strong></a></div><p>Rivera reportedly owned 54.84% of the company’s shares, while his wife owned 45.09%.</p><p>He previously filed a motion to consolidate his nine graft cases pending before different court divisions.</p><p>However, the court’s Sixth Division ruled that merging the cases would cause unnecessary delays rather than expedite the legal proceedings.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/8/7/ombudsman-files-graft-case-vs-noel-rivera-1458"><strong>Rep.
