Oliver Ebora, the Dangerous Drugs Board estimated the value of the confiscated suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, at P6.8 million.</p><p>The suspect, identified only by the alias &ldquo;Utoy,&rdquo; is a resident of Barangay San Jose in Dasmari&ntilde;as City, Cavite.&nbsp;</p><p>Authorities said he is considered a high-value target.</p><p>The suspected shabu was reportedly found inside a plastic bag from an online shopping platform and was wrapped in an aluminum tea bag bearing Chinese markings.</p><p>The suspect is facing charges for violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.</p><div><br></div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
