The Coast Guard Southern Tagalog Region has issued a navigational warning to all vessels passing through waters about 1.78 nautical miles from Hamilo Point in Nasugbu, Batangas, following reports of floating container units or container vans in the area.Coast Guard Southern Tagalog District Director Commodore Geronimo Tuvilla said 46 empty container units fell from a vessel at around 10 a.m. Thursday.&nbsp;The vessel was sailing from Davao City to the Port of Manila.According to Tuvilla, the vessel&rsquo;s captain reported that the containers were allegedly dislodged by large waves, causing them to fall into the sea.The Coast Guard Southern Tagalog advised all ships and watercraft transiting through or near the area to exercise extreme caution, maintain a safe distance, and take all necessary precautionary measures to ensure safe navigation.Coast Guard personnel in Batangas are now working to recover all the container units that fell into the sea to prevent possible incidents or hazards to other vessels.
