Natagpuang patay ang isang 19-anyos na binata na iniulat umano na nalunod sa Tarlac River sa Gerona, Tarlac, matapos ang tatlong araw na search and retrieval operation.Ayon sa Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) ng Gerona, natagpuan ang biktima na palutang-lutang sa bahagi ng ilog sa Barangay Malayep dakong alas-3:35 ng hapon nitong Biyernes, Setyembre 4.Agad naman siyang kinilala at kinumpirma ng kaniyang pamilya.Iniulat na nawawala ang biktima matapos umanong malunod sa ilog dakong alas-1 ng hapon noong Martes, Setyembre 1.Tatlong araw na nagsagawa ng tuloy-tuloy na paghahanap ang magkasanib na pangkat ng MDRRMO at Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ng Gerona bago matagpuan ang kaniyang katawan.Nagpaabot naman ng pakikiramay ang MDRRMO Gerona sa pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay ng biktima.
