Because of this, you can view apps side by side, like when you’re searching for hotel reservations on one side and plotting them on your calendar on the other.</p><p>But the ZFold 8 Ultra’s unique selling proposition is Now Nudge, an artificial intelligence (AI) feature that helps users plan their dates. For example, when your friend invites you to dinner, Now Nudge can detect it and add it to your calendar. And when your friend drops a location, Now Nudge can save that spot on Google Maps, too.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1784725130352galaxy z fold8 ultra.jpg" style="width:960px;display:block;height:auto" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Samsung Galaxy ZFold 8 Ultra folding phone. <em>Benise Balaoing, ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>Aside from Now Nudge, the Galaxy ZFold 8 Ultra also boasts a Gemini Notebook feature, where you can upload voice notes, photos, screenshots, or minutes of a meeting you just attended.</p><p>The Galaxy ZFold 8 Ultra runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a 5000mAh battery. It has a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 200MP main camera. The phone can also have up to 3,000 nits of brightness and has an anti-reflective display.</p><p>Samsung also said the ZFold 8 Ultra is its slimmest folding phone ever, making it easier to open and close.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Galaxy Z Fold8</strong></div><p>At first glance, the Galaxy Z Fold8 looks like an e-reader. Samsung said this passport-sized phone is perfect for watching content: when unfolded, the screen has a 4:3 aspect ratio, making it ideal for Netflix, YouTube, and gaming. When rotated, you get a 3:4 ratio, perfect for reading e-books, magazines, or long-form articles.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1784725025651galaxy z fold8.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Samsung Galaxy ZFold 8 folding phone. <em>Benise Balaoing, ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>And when folded, the 10:16 ratio cover screen can be used for scrolling through TikTok or Instagram, or using your phone in general.</p><p>The Z Fold8 has 50MP wide and ultrawide cameras, and you can record from both sides of the screen. It also has a Photo Assist feature, which helps you edit your photos with one tap, and a MyFanCam feature, which lets you easily capture your idols&#x27; performances.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Galaxy Z Flip8</strong></div><p>The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is much slimmer and thinner than the Galaxy Z Flip model—Samsung said it is 13.1 percent thinner and 3.9 percent lighter than the Galaxy Z Flip 6. It still has a FlexCam that can be propped up at any angle to take a photo, and a horizontal lock feature that allows you to take steady videos.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1784725176251galaxy z flip8.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 folding phone. <em>Benise Balaoing, ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is available at P165,990 for the 1TB version; P137,990 for the 512GB version, and P123,990 for the 256GB version.</p><p>The Galaxy Z Fold8, meanwhile, retails for P151,990 for the 1TB version; P123,990 for 512GB, and P109,990 for the 256GB.</p><p>The Galaxy Z Flip8 is at P91,990 for 512GB, and P77,990 for 256GB.</p><p>Customers who pre-order from July 23 to August 13 can save as much as P7,000 when they double their storage, or switch from 256GB to 512GB. They can also get as much as P14,000 off when they trade in their old smartphones. </p><p>Discounts are also available for those paying with credit cards with no interest for 24- to 36-month installments.</p><p>If they order on samsung.com, they can get a Samsung Care+ boost for three months, worth P3,297.</p><p>Buyers of the Z8 series can get a six-month free trial for Google AI Pro.</p>
