Paolo intensifies, Signal no. 3 in parts of N. Luzon

<p>Tropical cyclone wind signal no. 3 is up in parts of Northern Luzon Friday as severe tropical storm Paolo continued to intensify while moving closer to Northern Aurora-Southern Isabela.</p><p>As of 4 a.m., Paolo’s center was located 150 km East of Casiguran, Aurora.
