<p>MANILA — Tropical cyclone Fung-wong intensified further on Friday as it moved closer to the boundary of the Philippine area of responsibility, PAGASA said. </p><p>The state weather bureau said Fung-wong could enter the PAR late Friday or early Saturday and would be given the local name Uwan.</p><p>At 10 a.m. Friday, Fung-wong was located 1,315 km east of Eastern Visayas. It was packing winds of 100 kilometers per hour and up to 125 kph gusts.
