MANILA — More than 20 vehicles were apprehended by Department of Transportation (DOTr) operatives Monday morning for illegally passing through EDSA busway.

Most of the apprehended motorists were motor-taxi drivers who did not have passengers. Provincial buses and SUVs were also caught illegally using the EDSA busway.
