In a press conference on Monday, MMDA Chairman Romando Artes said these include G. Araneta Avenue, Banawe Avenue, EDSA near Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City, Maysilo in Mandaluyong, España Boulevard and Taft Avenue in Manila, among others.

"Talaga pong mababa 'yung lugar na 'yun (Banawe cor. N.S. Amoranto), doon naiipon galing sa taas sa QC—kailangan talaga kung makikita nyo apat na pumping station ang nakapalibot sa area… talaga pong volume dahil masyado siyang mababa para i-pump-out ang basura,” according to Artes.

MMDA is also ironing out plans to build a water impounding facility inside Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City to address the rampant floodings along EDSA near the camp.
