Sebaste MDRRMO</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Heavy rains brought by the habagat and tropical cyclone Crising have left five people dead, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Monday. </p><p>Out of the five reported fatalities, three were from Northern Mindanao while Davao and Caraga regions tallied one each, the NDRRMC said in its 8 a.m. report. </p><p>The NDRRMMC said five people were injured and seven others remained missing. </p><p>The weather disturbance affected some 225,000 families or around 800,000 individuals.
