Cagayan PIO</div>MANILA – The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday said it has assisted about 276 individuals during its rescue operations amid the effects of the <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/7/21/habagat-to-stir-more-rains-lpa-spotted-off-luzon-0932">habagat</a> and tropical cyclone<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/7/21/5-dead-due-to-habagat-crising-ndrrmc-0831"> Crising</a>. PNP Chief Gen.
