It has sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour and up to 55 kph gusts. </p><p>Moving north northwestward at 10 kph, Jacinto may exit the PAR Thursday evening.</p><p>No wind signals will be raised as the tropical depression will not directly affect the country. </p><p>However, its trough or extension may still bring scattered rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya, PAGASA earlier said.</p><p>Moderate to heavy rains from the slightly enhanced southwest monsoon will also affect Palawan and the western portions of Mindoro, Panay, and Negros through midday Saturday.</p><p>Flooding and landslides are likely.</p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/8/27/-walangpasok-class-suspensions-on-thursday-august-28-0043">#WalangPasok: Class suspensions on Thursday, August 28</a></div>
