Tropical storm &quot;Hagupit&quot; entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday evening, according to the state weather bureau.PAGASA said Hagupit entered PAR at 6 p.m. was assigned the domestic name &quot;Caloy.&quot;It was earlier spotted east of northeastern Mindanao and was moving westward at 20 kph.PAGASA said the weather disturbance was not expected to directly impact the country’s weather through the weekend.It is forecast to gradually weaken over the Philippine Sea due to unfavorable environmental conditions and may eventually weaken into a low pressure area east of Bicol Region on Tuesday.
