LPA off Bataan develops into Henry; signal no.1 up in three areas

It is moving northwestward at 25 kph.</p><p>Tropical cyclone wind signal no. 1 has been raised over southwestern Zambales, western Bataan, and Lubang Islands in Occidental Mindoro.
