Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News/File </span></span></span>MANILA — PAGASA warned that the peak impact of habagat enhanced by <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2026/7/8/inday-slightly-intensifies-over-philippine-sea-1154">super typhoon Inday </a>is expected to be felt in Metro Manila on Friday and Saturday.</div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17834788587241783478856388.jpeg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/></div><p>The Department of Public Works and Highways, meanwhile, identified 123 flood-prone areas across Metro Manila.</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17834788657031783478864915.jpeg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/></div><p>Inday <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2026/7/8/super-typhoon-bavi-gets-local-name-inday-as-pagasa-raises-wind-signal-in-cagayan-0031">entered the Philippine area of responsibility</a> on Wednesday morning. </p><p>At 4 a.m., it was spotted 1,405 kilometers east of northern Luzon.
