It was packing maximum sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour and up to 185 kph gusts, the state weather bureau said. </p><p>It said the habagat enhanced by Saudel will bring 50 to 100 mm (about 2 to 4 inches) of rainfall in the following areas. </p><ul><li>Tuesday: Benguet, La Union, and Pangasinan</li><li>Wednesday: Benguet, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan</li><li>Thursday: La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/bCbm_RZR9O8?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span>PAGASA said it was also monitoring tropical depression Atsani, which was spotted 1,760 kilometers east of northern Luzon at 3 a.m. It was packing 55 kph winds and up to 70 kph gusts. </div><p>The state weather bureau said it was not discounting the possibility that Atsani could enter PAR. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/regions/2026/8/24/marcos-floods-pampanga-1025">Marcos holds aerial inspection of flood-hit Bulacan, Pampanga </a></div><p>A low pressure area is also outside of PAR at around 670 kilometers northwest of Itabayat, Batanes.
