MANILA — The low pressure area off Taiwan exited the Philippine area of responsibility as of Saturday morning, according to PAGASA.Its tropical cyclone formation potential in the next 24 hours was also downgraded to low.At 8 a.m., it was located 555 kilometers north northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.However, another LPA that is being monitored east of the country is about to enter PAR.It was located 1,505 km east of Extreme Northern Luzon Saturday morning.The second LPA continues to have a medium chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours.It may form inside the PAR and will be assigned the local name &quot;Pilandok.&quot; It is forecast to head toward Ryukyu Islands or Taiwan.
