It is moving west southwestward at 25 kph.PAGASA is not ruling out the possibility of Dolphin entering the PAR but it will remain far from land. However, it will enhance the Habagat through the weekend.It may be assigned the local name Neneng once it enters the PAR.The public is advised to continue monitoring updates on the weather and take the necessary preparations.
