Eyewitness video released on Sunday (December 15) showed the moment a drone crashed into a building in Russia&#x27;s Grozny, as the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said Ukrainian drones had been targeting the city.In a post on social media, Kadyrov said two Ukrainian drones were shot down by air defense, and one fell in the territory of a building housing special forces.Reuters was able to confirm the location from the outline and design of nearby buildings and walls, antenna position and road layout that match satellite and file imagery of the area. Reuters was not able to independently verify when the video was filmed.On Thursday (December 12) a Ukrainian drone struck the roof of a police barracks in Russia&#x27;s Caucasus region of Chechnya injuring four people, Kadyrov said, the second such incident in a week.
