The Israeli military says 34 of those are dead.</p><p>Israeli campaign group the Hostages and Missing Families Forum called Monday for a &quot;comprehensive agreement&quot; to secure the release of hostages.</p><p>&quot;We know more than half are still alive and need immediate rehabilitation, while those who were murdered must be returned for proper burial,&quot; it said in a statement.</p><p>&quot;We have no more time to waste.
