Migs visits Filipino-owned ice cream shop in California
Celebrity couple Gladys Reyes and Christopher Roxas take Karen Davila on a gastronomic journey as they serve her their restaurant’s specialty menu in “My Puhunan: Kaya Mo” this Saturday (December 9).
The couple established their restaurant “That’s Diner” last year in Quezon City and added another branch in San Pedro, Laguna within a year after their opening. Karen will get to taste their offerings prepared by Christopher himself.
Meanwhile, Migs Bustos discovers the story of how Adrienne Borlongan built her own ice cream shop in California, USA after getting inspired by her grandparent who worked for a popular ice cream shop in the Philippines.
Migs samples unique flavors from Adrienne’s shop “Wanderlust Creamery,” which now has eight branches since their opening in 2014.
