File</figcaption></figure></div><h3>Mocha Uson-backed party-list ranks 2nd overseas</h3>MANILA – Former Philippine National Police Chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa and medical doctor Willie Ong are the top choices of overseas voters, based on partial and unofficial results from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).Mocha Uson’s AA-Kasosyo Party also performed well among overseas Filipinos placing second, next to frontrunner ACT-CIS.As of May 17, 1:01 p.m., in the Senate race, Dela Rosa garnered 124,361 votes while Ong had 120,600.Half of Dela Rosa’s and Ong’s votes came from the Middle East and Africa while 42 percent came from the Asia-Pacific region.In third place is former Special Assistant to the President Bong Go with 119,990 votes, followed by Ilocos Governor Imee Marcos, and former Senator Pia Cayetano.Senate frontrunner Sen. Cynthia Villar only placed 6th, followed by former MMDA Chair Francis Tolentino at 7th place.Incumbent senators Edgardo Sonny Angara is at 9th place, Aquilino Pimentel III at 11th while Grace Poe only ranked 12th. Lawyers Glenn Chong and Larry Gadon, who are nowhere near the winning circle in the overall tally, placed 8th and 10th respectively, with 78,970 and 67,438 votes.Other administration allies Dong Mangudadatu, Raffy Alunan, and JV Ejercito rounded up the top 15 in the overseas votes.No opposition senatorial candidates made it to the top 20 in the partial, unofficial overseas tally, with Sen. Bam Aquino placing 22nd (24,792 votes) and former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas at the 23rd spot (21,392)<div>PARTY-LIST OVERSEAS VOTES</div>ACT-CIS topped the party-list race with 52,181 of overseas votes.Former Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson’s AA-Kasosyo Party came next with 14,509 votes, despite placing only 72nd in the overall partial unofficial tally of PPCRV. Uson is the group’s first nominee.Another administration-allied group, Duterte Youth placed fourth with 6,942 votes. It is in the 21st spot in the overall tally.OFW Family and ACTS-OFW, which cater to concerns of overseas Filipino workers (OFW), ranked third and fifth with 7,343 and 6,767 votes respectively.CIBAC, Bayan Muna, Magsasaka, Gabriela and Buhay, who are in the top 20 in the overall tally, also made it to the top 15 in the overseas tally.Meanwhile, Magdalo landed in the 8th spot in the overseas tally despite ranking only 36th in the total tally.The PPCRV 1:01 p.m. tally did not specify how many election returns from overseas absentee voting have been taken into account, but it covers 85,990 clustered precincts from within and outside the country out of a total of 87,540 total clustered precincts.<div><a href="https://halalanresults.abs-cbn.com">Click here</a> for ABS-CBN&#x27;s election results: </div>
