MANILA -- Almost the entirety of Naga City in Camarines Sur is now flooded due to continuous heavy rain and gusts of wind caused by tropical storm KristinePH.In a Facebook post, Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion appealed for additional “trucks and assets from government and private sectors that can navigate floodwaters between 3 to 6 feet deep,” as the city’s rescue operations are ongoing.“If you have vehicles capable of assisting in these conditions, please proceed immediately to the Incident Management Team at the Public Safety Office, City Hall Compound,” Mayor Legacion added.<blockquote class="twitter-tweet">TINGNAN: Halos bubong na lang ng mga bahay ang kita sa isang subdivision na ito sa Bgy.
