<p><span data-teams="true" id="isPasted"><span dir="ltr"></span></span>MANILA -- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. inspected the damaged Gabu dike in Laoag, Ilocos Norte on Friday after his visit to typhoon-hit Batanes.</p><p>He talked to residents and promised that the dike will be fixed. </p><p>“Imbes na slope protection lamang, lalagyan namin ng kalsada. Kasi ang nangyari dito ‘yung tubig nanggaling sa loob, tinulak ang dike palabas, palubog sa ilog.
