Vehicles and people were seen navigating knee-high waters in the province of Nueva Ecija on Monday after super typhoon Man-Yi swept across the Philippines' main island of Luzon and sent more than a million people into taking shelter.

Authorities have yet to report on any casualties except for severe floodings, landslides and infrastructure damage along the path of the typhoon, which made an initial landfall on the province of Catanduanes on Saturday followed by another landfall on the province of Aurora on Sunday (November 17).

Man-Yi was the sixth tropical cyclone to hit the Philippines in a month, which sees an annual average of 20 storms hitting the country.
